The Reliner™ PE Series is a professional trenchless pipeline rehabilitation solution developed for the renewal of drinking water pipelines without excavation. Designed with a high-strength woven reinforcement layer, a wear-resistant PE outer layer, and a potable water-grade PE inner layer, the liner provides excellent mechanical strength, durability, and long-term reliability for underground water pipeline systems.
The inner layer is manufactured using drinking water-grade PE material, which has passed NSF/ANSI 61 certification and received approval from relevant Chinese authorities for potable water applications. This advanced multilayer structure ensures safe water contact performance while providing strong resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and external environmental impacts.
With a working temperature range of -40°C to 60°C, the Reliner™ PE Series is suitable for municipal drinking water pipelines, residential water networks, industrial water supply systems, and other rehabilitation projects where maintaining water quality and minimizing construction disruption are essential.
