Announcement on the Construction of Phase II TPU Hose Manufacturing Base Project of Yoonad Group (Shandong)

Project Location

The project is located in the Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, Liaocheng High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Shandong Province. The planned land use is classified as Category II industrial land for transfer. The site complies with the Liaocheng Territorial Spatial Master Plan and the Industrial Layout Plan for High-End Equipment and New Materials of the Development Zone. It is not located within ecological protection red lines, permanent basic farmland areas, drinking water source protection zones, cultural heritage protection areas, or other environmentally sensitive zones.

The project area is adjacent to the Jinan–Guangzhou Expressway (Jiguang Expressway), Dezhou–Shangrao Expressway (Deshang Expressway), and Handan–Jinan Railway freight station. Relying on the raw material supply advantages of the trillion-yuan-level green chemical industry cluster of Luxi Chemical Group in Liaocheng, the project can efficiently utilize locally available TPU chemical raw materials and rapidly serve the core shale gas extraction regions in North China, the Central Plains, and Shanxi–Shaanxi–Inner Mongolia.

Meanwhile, through Qingdao Port and Rizhao Port, the project can support international export logistics and global market expansion. The location provides significant advantages in terms of transportation, industrial supply chain integration, and market accessibility.

The land parcel has completed the “Seven Connections and One Leveling” infrastructure preparation, meeting all prerequisite conditions for industrial “standard land” allocation in Liaocheng. The project is also eligible for streamlined approval procedures under the green channel policy for returning investment projects.



1.1 Construction Scope and Production Capacity

The project covers a total land area of 40 mu (approximately 26,666.8 m²), with a planned total construction area of 18,600 m².

The main construction contents include:

  • 12,200 m² intelligent steel-structure production workshop
  • 3,600 m² enclosed raw material and finished product warehouse
  • 2,200 m² new materials R&D and testing center with administrative office facilities
  • 800 m² auxiliary facilities, including power distribution rooms, circulating water pump stations, VOCs environmental treatment facilities, fire protection buildings, and other supporting structures

The project plans to install:

  • Four fully automatic multi-layer co-extrusion TPU flexible hose intelligent continuous extrusion production lines
  • Centralized enclosed automatic material mixing and feeding systems
  • Online thickness and tension intelligent inspection systems
  • High-pressure resistance, burst pressure, and high/low-temperature aging testing laboratories for oil and gas hoses
  • VOCs catalytic combustion treatment system with waste heat recovery
  • 1,600 kVA power transformation and distribution system
  • Closed-loop circulating cooling water system
  • Factory-wide fire protection and security monitoring systems

The project will be implemented in two phases:

Phase I

Construction of two intelligent production lines. After completion, the project will achieve an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of high-pressure TPU flexible hoses specifically designed for shale gas applications.

Phase II

An additional two intelligent production lines will be constructed. When all four production lines reach full production capacity, the annual output will reach 12,000 tons of modified high-pressure TPU hoses for:

  • Shale gas hydraulic fracturing water transfer
  • Flowback fluid and oil-gas-water transportation
  • Explosion-proof gathering and transportation systems at well sites

The products will serve local oil and gas equipment manufacturers in Liaocheng and the Luxi region while expanding into national shale gas demonstration areas including:

  • Sichuan and Chongqing
  • Ordos Basin
  • Shanxi
  • Henan

Leveraging Yoonad Group’s established foreign trade channels in Zhejiang Province, products will also be exported to oil and gas engineering projects in:

  • Middle East
  • Central Asia
  • Russia
  • Southeast Asia
  • Australia

and other countries and regions along the Belt and Road Initiative.



1.2 Local Industry–University–Research Collaboration Development Plan

The project has signed long-term strategic cooperation agreements with key universities specializing in polymer materials within Shandong Province.

Based on university polymer laboratories, the project will conduct:

  • Small-scale and pilot-scale research on modified TPU formulations with oil resistance and high/low temperature resistance for shale gas applications
  • Joint development of oil and gas hose performance testing laboratories

In the future, the project plans to establish targeted talent training programs with local vocational colleges specializing in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and related disciplines.

Through school-enterprise cooperation, the project will provide a stable talent pipeline for:

  • Production operators
  • Quality inspection technicians
  • Process R&D engineers

This initiative will reduce the cost of recruiting workers from outside the region while supporting local university graduates and returning workers with high-quality employment opportunities.

The project aims to build a regional industrial ecosystem featuring:

“Liaocheng raw materials + local R&D + intelligent manufacturing + global sales”

creating a mutually beneficial development model between enterprise growth and regional talent cultivation.
